Allison brings over 20 years experience in business, operations, financial, and sales management to AllicatCo Virtual Business Management. She began her years of experience across a variety of industries in administrative support positions; receptionist, scheduler, executive assistant, office manager, so she is well-versed in the day-to-day functions of supporting company principals and executives, and understands the dynamics of growing small companies.

In her positions of business and operations management, Allison held financial responsibility for several companies through revenue generation and expense management. A specialist in developing workflow processes and procedures targeted towards maximum efficiency with small staffs, Allison has also been responsible for developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Allison has extensive staff management expertise, including recruiting, training, and motivating support staff, as well as administering the day-to-day operational oversight. She has built several effective sales teams by implementing group and one-on-one training with the emphasis on revenue awareness and client retention.
An accomplished salesperson herself, Allison was a key contributor to sales organizations for several companies. She has implemented sales promotions, campaigns, and trade shows. Allison specializes in solutions sales and maintains a sales philosophy of building and preserving client relationships.
Allison's marketing experience includes designing and executing numerous successful marketing campaigns, both collaboratively and individually. She has written sales and marketing collateral, product literature, direct mail pieces, training materials, manuals, handbooks, advertising and website content, contracts and agreements. Allison is familiar with online marketing, joint venture, and affiliate program management, as well as social media and is active in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Additionally, Allison's software skills are excellent. An expert in Microsoft products, she also have extensive experience with various other types of software products, including accounting, CRM, and database programs, as well as several online business management tools, including marketing, email lists/broadcasts, teleseminars, and audio platforms.
